Today we’re going to talk about something incredibly important that most people have never heard clearly explained. That is metabolic stress. And this is so much more than how we burn calories. It is about disease prevention.

Now most people believe disease appears suddenly. One day you’re fine and the next day the doctor tells you that you have high cholesterol, prediabetes, heart disease, or metabolic syndrome. Or that we just have to start watching your fatty liver!  That is so crazy in my mind when that is just like waiting for a bomb to go off!
