Why Are You So Tired?

Let me ask you a question today… are you tired of being tired?  So many people are exhausted right now. They wake up tired, depend on caffeine all day long, hit the afternoon wall around 2 or 3 o’clock, and then somehow become wired at bedtime. OR wake up and toss and turn in the wee hours. They drag themselves through the next day wondering, “What is wrong with me?” and where is the sugary coffee to get me through.

And sadly, many people have accepted fatigue as normal. It’s not!
