Why are we getting sicker and sicker and spending more than any other country?

When I look at the latest global health ranking for the United States I was embarrassed 3 years ago when our nation ranking 37th in global health while spending more money per person than any other country? Now, we rank, 69th and that is just above Algeria, Mexico, and Romania.
