For decades, we were taught to build our diets on grains, fear protein, fear fat, and count calories—often with disappointing results- metabolic chaos.

Today, I am diving deeper into the need for protein and give some suggestions on how to get enough in daily. I know I have struggled to get what is recommended and I have some tips for us more mature in the audience.
